Meatballs

Meatballs are a dish which we make prettz regularely at home. They are easy to make, you can freeze them for a later time point and they are the perfect food for eating on the road. Every time I know that we have to eat in the car because our only alternatives are the reateaurants on the highway, I prepare a batch of meatballs before we leave. You can take a second container filled with salad and you'll have a perfect Paleo meal on the road.

Super easy Paleo Icecreme

Although the time of the year for icecreme is already over, I still like to eat it very much. Since I don't have the money or the kitchen space for an icecreme maker, I was searching for a easy recipe and luckily also found one. It takes you only 5 minutes to make it and its delicious.

Paleo Spare Rips

Eating Spare Rips gives you the oppertunity to feel like a real cave man. The way you eat them with your hands and bite the meat off the bone with your teeth just makes me happy every single time ;p
We do have american reateaurants in Germany which have 'spare rips - all you can eat' events and I've been asked multiple times if I wanna join a group of friends to go there. I'd love to have as many spare rips as I can eat. But the BBQ-Sauce of the resteaurant probably contains tons of sugar and vegetable oil, so I always have to decline.
Luckily our last meat delivery contained rips and I decided to make my own paleofriendly spare rips. The result was delicious and I will use this recipe as often as I can from now on.

Cabbage Chips and Guacamole

After converting to Paleo one of the foods which kept me sane was avocado (right after bacon...). It just has this smooth, fatty taste which leaves me totally satisfied. Although it tastes great pure, it tastes even better mixed with some herbs and tomatoes as guacamole. I think one can eat Guacamole with basically everything. Still, the first thing that comes to mind are corn chips. But we don't eat corn chips anymore. So what can we substitute it with?  You can basically use any kind of vegetable, thinly sliced and baked in the oven. I decided to give chinese cabbage a try, mainly because I got it cheap in the supermarket.
